All payments made to KT Semicon for training, webinars, workshops, consulting, or digital products are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once a payment is completed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances — including, but not limited to:
Participant’s inability to attend the session
Change in personal schedule or availability
Technical issues not attributable to KT Semicon’s platform or service provider
Change of mind after purchase
In special cases such as event cancellation by KT Semicon, full or partial refunds may be processed at the company’s discretion.
